Project Server 2007 Beta 2, Jobs Stuck in Que?

We've successfully installed both Project Server 2007 b2 and the Project 2007
b2 client on a workstation. We can create and upload the jobs to the server,
but, they always show "In Que" on the server and never publish. Is there
something simple we've missed here?
