Hi FaisalM,

At this moment is does not, altough you will make it through the
installation and most of the configuration progress, you will repeatedly
failon the final, provisioning a PWA site, step of the configuration.
Fot the PWA site you will need a domain user account.
You can however run the process within a domain, and aftwerwards change the
PWA administrator back to a local user.

Think of how that reduces the number of licenses Microsoft gets to sell.<g>
I guess it's a matter of how high the marketing decision makers want to set
the bar for full-featured EPM. In this regard it seems that stand-alone
implementations will be feature limited. No matter where those lines are
drawn, let's not forget that Project Server remains both the first choice
tool for many and the low-cost alternative.
