Project Server 2007 - failed and blocking correlation

Hi,
Whenever I am opening my Timesheet an error message "While communicating
with the Project Server an error occured. Check connectivity with your
administrator to determine if further action is necessary. " is showing under
the timesheet grid.If I try to save the timesheet , it is listed in the queue
with the error message "failed and blocking correlation" and it is nt
saving..... Can anyone help me to solve the issue?
