Project Server 2007 -General documents listed under project docume

Hi,
We are uploaded company's general documents into Shared Documents
library. And uploaded the project documents in the respective project
workspace 'Project Document' library.But the documents uploaded in the Shared
documents library listed in the Project documents library. Is there is any
settings is there to prevent this.
