Hi,
We have a requirement as follows.

1. The organisation structure is as follows

PMO Project Manager (PMOPM)
-------Departments Executive-DE(IT,HR etc. may be 8 departments)
-------Functional Project Manager(FPM)
----------Team Leader(TL)
-------Team Member(TM)
The requirement is the updates submited by the TM should be approved by TL
and submitted to FPM and he has to approve and submit to DE and he has to
approve and submitted to PMOPM, once the PMOPM approves it has to be
reflected in the project plan.

2. All the project plan have mostly similar tasks, we need to autamatically
insert the some tasks into the project plan.

3. Need to get the consolitaed issues and risks reports from all the
departments.

4. Change request work flow for the above organisation structure. That is
any change request form TM must approved and send to TL and if TL reject it
has to go to TM for changes. If TL approves it has to go to FPM like that....

I want to know whether the above requirement is possible in EPM 2007. If
possible how can we do that.

Hi,

1. is not possilbe - there is only a single approval for tasks.
2. either create a template to and create each project from it, or create a
spreadsheet with the task names in it, and cut and paste those tasks into the
existing project plan.
3. Either Data Analysis cube, or SRS reports depending on the detail required.
4. You need to write your own code for this.
