Project Server 2007 install question

I am working on a project where my team as already installed and
configured WSS 3.0 to suit their needs for the first year of the
engagement. Year 2 is coming up and I am working on getting the team
to use Project Server 2007 for their scheduling activities.

My question is if I can simply install PS 2007 to the current instance
WSS 3.0 is already up and running or if I need to put it on a
different box and create a clean instance of WSS 3.0 and PS 2007?

Yes you will be able to install Project Server 2007 into an existing WSS 3.0
farm.
