Project Server 2007 Intallation Error: The language is not supported on the server

Recieved this error after installing Project Server 2007, rebooting the
server, and running the SharePoint 3 wizard.

An exception of type Microsoft.SharePoint.SPException was thrown.
Additional exception information: The language is not supported on the
server.
Microsoft.SharePoint.SPException: The language is not supported on the
server. ---> System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x8102005E): The
language is not supported on the server.


Any assistance\feedback would be appreciated.
