Project Server 2007 - Issue and Risks

Hi,
Is it possible to assign the issue and riks to a group of peoples and how
can I do that.
Is it possiple to add a new status to Issue/Risks status dropdown.
Is it possible to make all the Issue and Risks field mandatory.
In which database the risks and issue tables are loacated.

Hi Arun,

1. Type in the Group Name and press the check box button.
2. Already answered in your previsous post
3. Yes - this can be done against each field via the edit settings

Hi Ben,
Thanks for your reply. Regarding assigning group , that search box only
listing Active Directory groups, how can I create groups/project groups in
project server and assign the risks and issues to them. To Make the field
Mantatory how can I edit the settings any help or documents...

Arun,

you can make other fields as required by Editing the list

Settings > List Settings > Columns > Click on each and Edit as needed

This is for Project Server 2007

Hi Arun,

You can define user group in PWA and also on SharePoint site. Here is
the URL explain about how to create the group in SharePoint site:

Once you define the group and added the users to the group, you can
use the group name on assign and owner columns.

Steps to make the list field is mandatory:

On list, Settings -> List Settings -> click on column name that you
want to make mandatory -> click on "Yes" for Require that this column
contains information -> click OK to save
