Project Server 2007 Issues

Hi,
1. How can I assign an issue to multible persons. If I put two persons in
the Assign To filed it is telling "one person only allowed" how can remove
the validation and assign more persons.If I do that any impact will be there?
2. How can I list the issues created on a particular project, Is there any
predefied prcedure is there(Some procedure is used in Issue page to list all
the issues)?
3.When I checked Reporting database wssissues table the created issues are
not there. Where can I find that and how can I list that.
4. Is it possible sent the alert to the Project manager whenever there is a
change in the issues.

Issues are stored in Sharepoint list , first problem is that name of this
list can vary (depen on installed language)

3.When I checked Reporting database wssissues table the created issues are
not there. Where can I find that and how can I list that.

Issues are stored in WSS_Content db.
table with Issues in reporting database is updated when Olap cube is updated.

4. Is it possible sent the alert to the Project manager whenever there is a
change in the issues.

Project manages can configure notification in Project Workspace

Hi Martin,
Thanks for your reply. When I checked content database the risks/isses
listed in AllUserData table, but it is dificult to extract the information to
get the issues / risks details, that is I asked any predefined
storedprocedure to list that, we installed project server 2007 with English.
How can I get the procedures.

The Reporting db has all Issues and Risks. Look at the Views in the
reporting db, especially all views ending with "_userview"

Hi Rod,
Thanks for your reply. After creating the issues, it won't be available
in report db. I want to get the details before publishing.Because it is
dificult, eachtime create the issue and publish the project.

You shouldn't need to publish the project for issues to show up in the
reporting db.

Hi Rod,
Thanks for your reply. I created a risk and checked
Projectserver_Reporting database - and table MSP_WssRisk and views
MSP_WssRisk_OlapView, MSP_WssRiskToIssueLinks_UserView,
MSP_WssRiskToRiskLinks_UserView,MSP_WssRiskToTaskLinks_UserView , it is not
available. But if I publish the project, everything is available.
