Project Server 2007 on Windows 2008 R2 - cant install Cube pre-req

some of the Cube prerequisites wont install on Windows Server 2008 R2. The
Management Objects Collection and OLEDB 9.0 components for example will not
install when I launch the install for these. I downloaded these from the
December 08 SQL feature pack for SQL 2005.

Is there a solution for this issue?

A little more info would be great. What error or evenlog message do you get?

Last I looked, there were quite a few variants of the SQL Feature pack
objects. Are you certain that you downloaded the correct version? Have you
rechecked? I've been caught by this more than once.
