Project Server 2007 - Project Center in PWA: Project names links notgoing to projects

I have an issue that just popped it's ugly head...

In the Project Center on PWA ( https://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/pwa/projects.aspx),
if a user clicks on a Project name, the URL changes to the project URL
(ex: https://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/PWA/ProjectDrillDown.aspx?_projectUID=9a511884-77d8-4fd1-9cdc-61318b2b79bc)
but the what appears is not the project information but Project Center
with user reminders and a list of all of the workspaces in Project
Server. has anyone seen this problem before?

Wow, that could be caused by a whole bunch of server-level or database-level
problems. Out of curiosity, have you tried rebooting the server? It could be
as simple as a caching problem.
