Project Server 2007 - Project Center Not working

After upgrading from 2003 to 2007 I cannot get rid of a problem that
stops the Project Center from being displayed. Using either a client
machine or from the server itself I always get a faulting application
iexplore.exe error. It relates to the msvcrt.dll. The error either
crashes IE or crashes Project when you try to open Project Center.
The server is 2003 server with sp2 and all pathces are up to date.
Anyone got any suggestions? I've so far been unable to find anything.

Dave,

Whats the Version of IE you are using? Are you using the MDAC 2.8?
Try this:
Delete temporary Internet files
Use the default values for the security settings in Internet Explorer
Repair Internet Explorer
