Project Server 2007 - PSDUpdater

We are using Project Server 2007 and in the Event Viewer are getting the
following error messages and I can't seem to find help on how to resolve it.
Any thoughts?

I am getting something an error message like yours but with a
different error message. This is getting ridiculous.

Your error message is slightly different than the two versions that I have
encountered, so please let me know your final resolution and if the link
