Project Center Web Part tool bar. A week ago everyone could access it, today
only admins can access it. It is the drop down arrow that allows you modify
web part or minimize. Admins can see all the list but everyone else can only
see "Help". I assumed it was a permission somewhere but I can't seem to fine
it. Thanks for your help.
