Project Server 2007 Shared Documents

Hi,
We are using project server 2007 and using windows and forms
authentication. We uploaded some excel documents to the shared documents. If
we login with windows account and try to open the file, it is working fine.
But If I login with with Forms Authentication account it is not working and
showing the following error.

Microsoft Office Excel cannot access the file http://epm:81/pwa/Shared
Documents/Excel.xls. There are several possible:

How can i resolve the issue?
