Project Server 2007

Hi,
We are using project server 2007. Whether the following possible in
project server 2007.
1. Whether automatically sent the project reports through email to project
managers.
2.My outlook calendar is synchronised with my exchange server calendar, if i
synchronise the project server calendar to outlook calendar whether the
project server calendar items will be updated in the exchage server
calendar.if so , is it possible to avoid it.
3.Every week we will have project meeting, we want to save the decisions
taken during the meeting with the concern project, later while taking the
project reports we want include the decisions saved as history.How can we do
that.

1. Project Managers can subscribe to reports built using SQL reporting
Services which can be emailed at chosen intervals. It's not possible by
using Project Server alone.
2. You can avoid having your exchange calendar updated by importing the
information as outlook tasks and not calendar items (requires Outlook 2007 in
order to have these options).
3. Create a meeting site in the project workspace. This can be used to
store minutes, agenda, attendees etc
