Project Server 202

I have a Project Manager who is having issues when he tries to update time.
He "Accepts All" and it opens up his project and apprears to be successful,
however, it doesn't delete the task from PWA (under UPDATES). Has anyone seen
this? Does anyone know how to fix this?
