Project Server 3.0 Cross site groups

I am working with project server 3.0. In the PWA I have set up a cross site
group. However, I am unable to view it on other sites. I have also created
similar group through the adminstration page for the server. I must be
missing a step but becaues it is 03 and not 07 I'm having a hard time finding
the information. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
