PRoject Server Admin Error

When trying to Admin a new install of PServer 2003 I receive errors on all
the Actions except Manage Windows Sharepoint Services.
I have been able to access these actions before.
I have cleared out cookies, deleted files, rebooted the machine to no avail

Any ideas

The error on the "Server Configuration" action is as follows

They seems to be working for some. Unfortunately not for me, I am still
getting the error you describe, even after having consulted the two articles.
