Project server and Navision

Can any body suggest me how to integrate MS project server with navision.
And is it possible to insert data manually in project server db from other
application.
I have tried it i am one getitng errorif i open that project like "You are
not have suffiecient permission to open this resource".

Plz give me any any solution.
