I
Inquisitive
Hi,
I have been trying to setup PS and STS for a few days now and got to a point
where I though everything was OK. Testing access from our satelite office
revealed that you get an error "There is a problem establishing a connection
with the Web ..." when you try to see the documents or issues.
If you log on from inside the firewall (same user) you don't get this error.
Any suggestions? I have been strugging with this for over a day now.
FYI I was getting the same error internally and the only way I could fix it
was to enable annonymous access on the STS subwebs. I Know that the
documentation says you shouldn't but it was the only way it would work for me.
The user in question (only one user setup so far) is a domain admin and has
complete control on the sever running PS and STS (single server - using SQL
db on the same server).
Any help will be greately appreciated.
P.S. It is PS 2002 and STS running on W2k with all the Service Packs.
