Project Server and Sharepoint Portal

Does anyone know why I should not load Project Server and Sharepoint Portal
onto the same server? Or know where I can find an article that deals with
this issue?

I didn't see anything specific regarding Project Server and Sharepoint Portal
being loaded on the same server.
