I have project server 2003 setup with WSS. The document sharing, risks and
issues are able to be used within the LAN. But they cannot be viewed from
outside of the LAN (extranet). I have put an extranet address in for the
Project Server site and the SharePoint site. When you try to access the
documents, issues, or risks you get a page cannot be found error message, and
the address on the status line is the internal server site address and not
the extranet address. Is this a limitation of the SharePoint Services? If
so, then would I need to use the SharePoint Portal server?
