Project Server Bloating

I am suffering from Project Server File Bloating, it takes almost 10 minutes
to open this specific project from project server, I tried all the MSP
bloating techniques on the MVP site but with no success, can anyone help on
this.

Hi Akram,
Check the project's Resource Sheet to see if any of the resources have
replicated.
I've had a few instances of this where a resource will replicate many
(20,000+) times and it causes the project schedule to take an extremely long
time to open.
I fixed it by deleting the replicated resources and saving/publishing the
schedule again.
Don't know what causes it though.....:-(

Further to this, I think I've discovered a reference in the Project 2003 SP2
Fix list that could indicate what was going on.....
Quote: "Local resources are duplicated every time that you save the project -
Local resources that have the same name are duplicated every time that you
save the project."
