Project Server Broken after Windows Updates

Hello,

We have a three tiered project server installation (seperate database
backend , web frontend and project machines). The web front end, which runs
sharepoint was at pre-SP1. In an effort to get this up to date I applied
SP1, Sharepont SP2 and all subsequent updates.

Now when I log into the Project Web Access, I get the error that the serer
cannot connect to the machine running SharePoint. If I click the Admin link
at the top, I can open the Sharepoint administration pages. I am not sure
what level the Project Server is, how can i check?

Any help on troubleshooting this problem would be greatly appreciated.
