Project Server - Can open file in PWA but not in Project 2003 Pro

I have Project server 2003 installed with Sharepoint Services 2.0 installed
on the same server. I am having problems opening one of the project plans
in the Project 2003 Pro cleint install on a desktop, but I can open it using
the Project Web Access. I can see the data in the SQL server database. I get
no messages when I try to open in Project 2003 Pro client.

Not sure what other information would help.

Can you publish a project to the server from pro ? This will prove you have
a connection in place.
