Project Server Default Website URL Access

T

Twsited in Bermuda

I have a Project Server installed and running. I want to make it be the
default Website instead of Sharepoint.
Currently users have to go to http://servername/projectserver
I would like to change it so that I can add an DNS record to point them
straight to http://servername

I've tried to adjust IIS Default Website but it's not worked and I don't
want to screw up IIS.
Any help welcomed.
Thanks
Dave

I am sorry Twisted in Bermuda, but the /proejctserver part is a prerequisite
which cannot be changed.
Sorry

Dave:

You say "I would like to change it so that I can add an DNS record to point
them." What is stopping you from adding a DNS record with Project Server
right where it is? Corporate policy? Unfamiliarity with DNS? Please explain.
