Project Server Email Notification

I am trying to figure out how to configure project email alert options. I
want to remove this footer on every email that is sent out. I can't seem to
figure out how...please help.

To turn off these e-mail reminders:

If you have set reminders for yourself, please connect to the Project Web
Access Set my e-mail notifications and reminders page at
http://sharepoint.mydomain.com/ProjectServer/Notifications/Self_Notifications.asp and clear the check boxes for task reminders.

If you have set reminders for your resources, please connect to the Project
Web Access Set e-mail reminders for my resources page at
http://sharepoint.mydomain.com/ProjectServer/Notifications/Mgr_Notifications.asp and clear the check boxes for resource task reminders.

This requires custom coding. You might start with the SDK on MSDN if you
want to tackle this.
