Project Server Error when Managing Security

New Server Administrator

The problem is I have uploaded project plans to server and published them.
Then I go into Manage Security Select the correct category; click Modify
Category to move the Project from Available Projects to that particular
Category. Once I hit Save Changes it gives me and all other administrators on
the program a message saying
"An error occured while completing the operation"
And it will not move the project to the correct category.

What should I do?
