Project Server Event Log Error - Assert Detected for Virtual Root

Anyone know why our event viewer has numerous error messages like this
below?

Error Number: 0x8c04004b
Description: <Description><![CDATA[Assert Detected for Virtual Root
'projectserver'. The error code was also included.]]></Description>

I m having the same issue. I have installed Service Pack 1. But my
eventlog keeps piling up with errors.

A me-too post with no quote back and problem description isn't going to get
much response. Unless you were simply "going on record" you should try
asking a better question.
