No. You set cross-project dependencies using a master project in Microsoft
Project. Hope this helps.

Hi Dale,

Thanks - it did help. On a more conceptual level, can you address the pro's
& con's of using Project Server (i.e. EPM) vs just Professional will many
linked projects?
