Project Server Gateway error: looking for XML file

I am getting an error when configuring Portfolio Server/ Attribute Mapping
Template Management. When I select my Gateway from the dropdown list it
throws an error that starts with: "Client found response content type of
'text/html; charset=utf-8', but expected 'text/xml'. ...<HTML CODE FROM THE
PAGE>"

I suspect I have the Project Server Service URL wrong in the Gateway
settings but what should it be pointing to?

But check the Port and suffix of your SSP site.
