I have a user who encountered a dialog box with the text :

Hi Charlie -

Did you ever get a solution to this? We have had the same thin
occur.

Thanks,

No. The user lost her changes. She just had to go back in and redo her
changes. I have not figured out what caused it.

Hi Charlie and Sherri,

Did either of you ever get a solution to this? Our users occassionally
experience the same error code.

There's no telling for sure what happened here, however the error indicates
a data service exception. A very likely cause of an error like this is that
user lost their session on the server as a result of network flakiness or
simply leaving the project open without activity for a very long time.

If this happens to specific users with any frequency look both at their user
habits and their network segment for causes.

Hello everybody.

I encountered the same problem today and could solve it.
It was a permission issue.

The user connected to the server needs to have the permission
"Publish/Update/Status"

After I changed it the error was gone.

Hope this still helps.

regards
Sylvia
