We have two types of resources, local to our company and an off shore
team. Both groups use windows authentication to access the net work
information.
Issue: Under users in Project Server, I have created numerous users,
using the windows authentication for accessing Project Web Access. I
sent out a "request status" report, and all managers but one received
it. This manager in question, happens to be an off shore resource whose
email address doesn't contain the company standard email. (ie.
(e-mail address removed) - his is (e-mail address removed) I have his email
listed on his user account, so should that matter? The manager can log
in and review what he has access to using his windows username and
password; he just doesn't receive the emails.
Hope this makes sense and if anyone has any ideas it would be great.
Thanks!
