Project server in a domain Controller

question: I have TWO domain controllers, one has exhnage
2000 and the other has Oracle, the question is: i can
install project server in any of this Domain controllers?
is recomended?

You're not likely to get STS to run on either box. Personally, I believe
domain controllers should not run applications. Domain Controllers should
never crash; we all know that it's mostly applications that bring servers
down.
