Project Server Initial Setup Error Message

Whilst attempting to install Project Server almost immediately I am getting a
message saying that I should be using SQL Server 2000 & SP3 or higher. I
have already installed SQL Server 2005 correctly. Is this something to do
with needing to setup the Project server database in SQL2005 first or some
other issue?

NB. This installation is a fresh rebuild of a previous installation I had
which worked fine without getting the above error message

Thanks, I have sorted that but having followed the directed guidelines once
more ie have successfully created the db in SQL using setupdb.cmd; and have
added the login accounts MSProjectServerUser and MSProjectUser. When I run
the Project server installation CD and get to the screen where it asks for
the login accounts (ie MSProjectServerUser and MSProjectUser and their
passwords) it tells me that there is an ADO problem with SQL Server! error
127. Have you any ideas what the problem may be as I don't recall comming
across that previously. thanks in advance.

Steve
