Project Server install fails - Help!

I got a system running windows server 2003\mssql 2000 sp3. I've walked
through the installation guide and have completed the WSS installation and
associated accounts. When I install Proj Svr in non-enterprise mode it nearly
completes the installation, then fails and rolls the install back saying it
failed "because of an error" (very descriptive, huh?!) the event log shows an
error 7000 - Project Server Session Mgr service service failed to load.
access is denied. Any clues what to do? Need help! - thanks - Rob

There is a more detail install log in
\Documents and Settings\TheUserName\Local Settings\Temp.

Check the log file and give us more details here.
