Project Server Installation accounts

Hi There,

I have run into quite a tight security requirement, and i would like to
know if you guys would be able to help me.

I need to perform an installation next week, but the windows accounts
that are normally used during the installation (for the OLAP and WSS
connections) cannot be local administrator accounts. I need to find
out what specifc permissions I can give these accounts, to ensure that
the system performs properly - but without using local Administrative
rights.

I know that the OLAP account only needs to be in the OLAP
Administrators group, but am not sure about the WSS account's required
permissions.

I would really appreciate any insight from you guys on this :)

Thanks :)

Hi Rolly,

Thanks for the feedback :)

I am not sure that will be an avenue of possibility that I can explore
- at this stage the users can only be in the normal users group, and
any extra permissions has to be manually defined.

I am thus looking for some specific security settings that i can
utilize and then document (if it hasn't already been done).

Any more help will be greatly appreciated :)

Regards

Nico
