Project Server installation blows up all other sites under default

Installed Project Server 2003 on a server running SMS 2003. After
installation Project Server 2003 sites fully accessible; can't access any
previous sites (especially concerned with SMS reporting) contained
within/under the Default Web Site. Does anyone have a clue how to fix? I
feel it has to do with app pools and server extensions. Any responses
greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Michael,

SMS2003? Are you meaning WSS (Windows Sharepoint Services) on Windoze Server 2003?

If you're really meaning SMS (Systems Management Server) I'm not sure about your problem. I haven't worked with SMS in 5 or 6 years. If it's really WSS then clarify and we'll go from there. Good luck.
