Project server installation craiteria

I need to know according to which craiteria should I decide on the project
server installation scale.
- single server installation
-Small scale installation
-Medium scale installation (Distributed without clustering)
-Large scale installation (Distributed with clusters)

Ayman,

First find out your requirements in terms of number of users, number of
Project managers who will create project plans with Project Prof, the number
of project plans, expected concurrent users & other things.

Also determine how important is the availability & uptime in your
environment. In which case you might want to look at medium or large scale
installation.

You can use a single Server installation for the pilot phase. You can even
use Virtual Servers or virtual PC (or Vmware) for that purpose.
