Project Server Installation

Currently, we are considering installing Microsoft Project
2003 Server for our organization. We are planning on
installing it on a Windows 2003 Server, that is currently
running the following production applications:

Exchange 2003 w/ Web Access
Windows Sharepoint Services 2003

Our goal is to integrate all these processes together
without using multiple servers. Please offer any
suggestions or warnings.
