Project Server is installed, but still I can't connect to it

Now I gave to my account every possible rights also in SQL server and
instalation was done, but...
1. Still when I open PWA it's opening http://localhost/ProjectServer
and I have to change it to http://servername/Pro....
2. I cannot connect from Project Professional 2003 to Server.
It's keep saying:

"Cannot connect

Project was unable to establish connection with the selected Project
Server. This could be caused by a loss of network connectivity or
problems with the Project Server or database."

I read over a hundred of posts with this problem but any good enough
answer

Hi Filip,

I would suggest to try editsite. Then select the "Project Server"
virtual directory and click "test". This will give you some little input
about what goes wrong. Make sure also that IIS is running.

I checked Event Log on server and every few seconds I'm getting 1
waring and 3 errors

After the installation, run it. Select your virtual server
(projectserver normaly) and click the button "test" (under the list box)

That will give you some input. I suspect that the msprojectserveruser or
the msprojectuser are not well configured.

I did test. Everything is passed, No errors. But still the same problem
