Project server migration from 2002 to 2003

We are planning to set a new machine for project 2003 the
current project server on a different machine has project
2002 database

since we will have to use the database on with new
project 2003 on a different machine

what is the best way to migrate the database from old
machine to new machine which will have project server
2003 ? I am going throght the microsoft instal guide for
2003 but could not fully understand how this is best done
when there are two different machines

any suggestions
