Project Server not logon error (5015) although 13 GB space is free

When i try to connect through project web access and project professional
2003 . although i have 13 GB space free in the Hard Disk .

It is showing this error.

"An internal server error has occurred and Project cannot log you on at this
time.Please try again later . Error 5015"

Please tell me the resolution and reason of this problem.

Hi there Basim.

The Problem seem to be your transaction log. Have a loog at this
article by Marc Soester whom also resonds here.
