Project Server OLAP Cube Issue (-2147217887)

Hello Everyone!

I just started getting the following error on cube build with Project Server
in the past few days:

The cube scheduled to be built on 5/28/2007 at 8:55 PM failed.

(-2147217887) The changes you requested to the table were not successful
because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or
relationship. Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate
data, remove the index, or redef

It was working fine previously and nothing that I know of has changed. Here
are the versions that we are running:

Microsoft Windows Server 2003 SP2
Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services v2.0 SP2
Microsoft Office Project Server 2003 SP2a
Microsoft SQL Server 2005 SP2

Any help is appreciated.

Do you have any extensions on cube ? Resource could be of duplicate
assignments or projects?

I'm not sure what you mean by "extensions on the cube." I have not done
anything "out of the box" with the cube. I'm letting Project Server create
it automatically on a nightly basis. It has been building successfully for
many months now ... until within the last week. I have not done any updates
to the server ... but an automatic update could have done something to it.

Charles:

This appears to be a classic SQL authentication failure. By any chance has
the password for the account that you use as the OLAP Admin changed? Has
this account become disabled? If so, you may need to run the COM+ tool to
re-establish the identity.
