Project Server on Terminal Server

Kashif

Can I install Project Server on MS Terminal Server for collobration? Does
each user need a copy of MS Project to connect to Terminal server to use MS
Project?
What License do I need?
When does it make sense to use Project Server VS Each individual copy of MS
Project?

Thanks for help!

Kashif:

Generally speaking, you install client applications on Terminal Services and
Server applications on top of operating systems or web servers. You would
not install Project Server on a server running TS, although you might
provide Project client access this way.

I think you also need to read up on Project Server and understand what it
is, and what it is not. It does not replace the client functionality for
users who maintain schedules, however you certainly don't have to buy
project client licenses for people who only want to view schedules, once you
have Project Server in place.
