Project Server / Portfolio Server 2007 on 64-bit windows?

Is it advisable to stay away from running Project Server 2007,
Portfolio Server 2007, SharePoint Services 2007, SQL Server 2005 under
64-bit Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition?

Makes no difference? I think the apps above are supposed to be 32 bit
apps that can run under 64-bit Windows.

Anyone tried this? Problems to speak of?

Thanks,
Andy
