Project Server Security Logon hangs

Hi All,

I have this issue with Project Server 2003 and it started recently. When I
start up Project 2003 Professional and it automatically tries to connect to
the Project Server, the Project Server Security Logon dialogue box hangs and
I have to click on cancel and select the server again and hit the connect
button for it to connect properly.

Does anybody have any idea what causes this?

I found that this issue is to do with my upgrade to McAfee 8.0i
installation. The only way I can get it to go away is to uninstall the
whole program. Disabling components of it dont seem to work.

I am experiencing this same issue, with the same Virus software -- however in
a locked down corporate environment we have no way to disable the Virus
software. Any other solutions or thoughts out there?

Did you (or anybody else) get a solution to this? We have the same problem,
and would appreciate it if you could post a solution if you have one. If
not, we will chase up McAfee and post a solution if we find one.
