I am about to upgrade Project Server 2003 with Service Pack SP2a. Aside from
a patch for an OLAP Cube creation issue, are there any other concerns to note
about deploying SP2a? Any known problems to keep an eye out for after
deploying SP2a?

and following the instructions to make sure that the SP is applied to the DB,
WSS and PS2003 !
