Project Server Template

When I bring up the PWA template and then save it, in Front Page. I haven't
checked any knowledge bases yet but thought I would check where the greatest
minds roam first! All the navigation and Quick launch items are replaced
with text stating that "[The link bar feature is not available in this
web]".

I guess that would help.

How do I get the template to update without leaving the messages in the
locations it appears, such as the nav bar and the quick launch panel?
